Unlisted address is often referred to as «confidential address» or «blocked address».

This service is available to people with an unlisted address.

If this service contains information from another service that is not accessible to you because of the confidential address, you will also not be able to see this information here.

If you live at a confidential address, you will not be able to represent others at Helsenorge, nor will others be able to act on your behalf.

On Helsenorge, you can represent a child you have custody of and view their health data, subject to certain restrictions:

Children under 12 years of age

You can use this service on behalf of a child under 12 you have custody of, but only if at least one parent is registered in the National Population Register at the same address as the child.
This means that:

• If one or more of the parents are registered at the same address as the child, both parents will be able to represent the child.
• If neither parent is registered at the same address as the child, neither of them will be able to represent the child.

Children and adolescents aged 12 to 15 years

Parents' access to their children's health data becomes restricted when the child reaches the age of 12.

From 16 years of age

Parents' right of access is withdrawn when the child reaches 16 years of age and becomes of age under health law.
